Having a chill out night by myself as the boyfriends playing shows for The Bled's last ever UK dates, I wish i could have gone but such a long way by myself plus not enough moneys. But always enjoy me time so it's not all too bad. Last night i went out with my brother and a couple of friends, had a really good night. I've mentioned before some of my antics i get up to when I'm drunk but i think i definitely outdid myself last night. I basically don't dance like a normal person. I went round collecting balloons and forcing them onto girls wrists, ballet dancing/windmilling/aeroplaning around them. Was expecting to be punched but got offered 20% off in Topshop by one of the girls instead. sound.

Anyway. I've been having a mooch on the internet for some clothes as my taste in clothes seems to be changing again to the point i've lived in my Stheart hoody since it came last week. Literally worn it all day every day since it arrived.

Found some cute things on River Island, I never really look or buy anything from RI as i find half the stuff pretty tacky.

I am literally in love with this bag. Very tempted come payday to buy. £60 so is pretty pricey but it's just gorgeous, and i've been after a new bag. ahh.

So Topshop make up has never really interested me, I've had a look at their nail varnish etc a few times in store but nothing has ever made me think 'Oh my god i have to get that now'. So once is never enough to see Brand New in a week. After Manchesters show me and my boyfriend found a hotel in London for friday night on late rooms, £34 down from £160 and drove down late that night so we could spend the day of Saturday in London. I had the stressful task of driving through London, finding parking, then walking miles in the freezing cold. we took shelter in Morrisons Cafe in Camden on several occasions to warm up, and took the tube to Covent Garden for a wander there too. We met my best friend and her boyfriend there as well which was lovely.
Brand New smashed it. Again. We had seats this time so were able to see the the lightshow/actual band. It was incredible.

Thanks to the pole for getting in the way though xox

Filmed a couple of songs, gutted I didn't film You Won't Know as it was definitely the best but never mind.

I then had the awesome task of driving home at midnight for 3 hours, trying not to fall asleep at the wheel numerous occasions. But it was so so worth it. Brand New are forever the best band. No questions asked.

Being awesome at not blogging again so here's a quick catch up via iPhone pictures. My best friend came back last week, we had a usual carlsberg/wine and pizza pre drinks before heading out.

Dyed my hair darker, after trying to dye it for a couple of weeks and it just fading within a few days, really happy with it!

Drove to Manchester with my boyfriend yesterday to catch Brand New. Worst picture, but unbelievable set. This is the 5th time i've seen them now and i still had to hold back tears at just how incredible they are. I last saw them at the old Birmingham Academy in 2009 and i just didn't enjoy it that much, i hate the venue as it is and Brand New didn't seem too into it, but they just blew us away last night. Was like watching them back in London Brixton in 2006 again. Even the lightshow was incredible. I could go on for hours but i'll leave it there.. as i'm driving to London tonight to see them again tomorrow. I don't think i'm ready for it again just yet though!

And finally a picture of my new hoody by Stheart Clothing. I absolutely love it and their clothes. I bought a medium as i wanted it to be a bit roomier as i've been searching for years for the perfect hoody but i find most of them are too bulky. however this material is so soft it doesn't bunch up or anything. Definitely buying another one next month and going for a small this time. Definitely check them out

So I haven't really done a 'new year' blog this year. However i was just reading back on my tumblr and found my last post of 2010 and what happened in that year:

'im so blessed for so many opportunities ive had this year, good job, good colleagues, getting an a* in my a levels, travelling around florida, going to cornwall 3 times this year (record) going to scotland twice (also record as ive never been before) starting my first fight with a girl, winning stacys hair competition, getting the one thing i never thought id get back, back, being with michael all the way and as it stands, all this has seemed to make my body give up on me, in the last 2 weeks ive had a chest infection, flu, split my shin open, bad back and bad shoulder.'

And it made me want to summarise 2011, even just for my sake to look back on this time next year. I still can't believe how fast 2011 went, I remember all those things that happened up there like it was yesterday, I find it absolutely crazy.
2011 brought Iceland to me and my best friend, a place i've thought about and missed every single day since i got home. I got to see the Northern Lights, finally joining a gym and getting fit and running again, however cut short from my bad back. I travelled Europe with my boyfriend, 2000 miles in two weeks, with nothing but my car full of crap and a tent. I finally got the job i was after and have never felt happier. It's not amazing but you can't ask for more than coming home exhausted from laughing every day. I got the tattoo I wanted but never got the balls to get. Found out who my real friends are. Learnt girls really don't like me. My sarcasm is growing from strength to strength. I had my first jagerbomb. and first and last rum shot. I saved up and got a Canon 7d, and a macbook pro. I met some awesome bands on tour. And my back is finally fixed. It's had it's ups and downs to say the least but 2011 has been a year where i really felt like i was happy with myself. Like i said last year, this coming year looks hazy, but i seem to have made a subconscious new years resolution to just be happy, and be myself. its working okay so far. Bring it 2012

So since my last post i've had such an amazing time. Because of bank holidays/Christmas I only had a 3 day week, which i can definitely get used to! It was my friends 21st on Wednesday and I had an awesome night with everyone, then met all my old friends in town which was even better.

Just a random shower in the toilets.. as you do!

Then on friday I went to Telford with my dad and boyfriend and came back with a beautiful Macbook Pro, so that left me the awesome task of wiping my old mac and updating the new Macbook Pro. However i've got as far as wiping the old one tonight, I don't feel my new baby is ready for all the shit it's gonna have shoved onto it right now!

After i got my baby macbook home, Me and my boyfriend watched a bit of Bridesmaids before heading off to his dads where i get to hang out with my best friend, no animal has ever loved me as much as this babe station does, no matter how many times i call him names he still kisses me all night long.

We had the healthiest day of eating too.... like ever. Mcdonalds for lunch, fried egg and bacon sandwich for an afternoon snack then pizza for tea. However we got there kinda late and they had no mozzarella left so instead they said i could have 4 helpings of cheese to get my monies worth.. as you're allowed 4 different toppings for one price. This is how it turned out. I had one slice and couldn't face anymore !

That evening was spent chilling out watching our favourite Reno 911 and finally getting into bed as i'm still suffering from my 2 month long cold (should probably get to the doctor about that)

Thennnnn the next day we wondered around Widnes but didn't really see anything, met up with some of Michaels family to say hello then headed back to his mumseys. Where we enjoyed an amazing Chinese (after a KFC lunch? say whaat) and watched Harry Potter part 1, was meant to be followed by part 2 but we got interrupted with a trip to our friends for a few beers. Enjoyed an amazing roast with my family today too. It's just been so nice spending real quality time with my family, as it's so difficult with working so much to see everyone properly, so having 3 days off has been a bit of a shock to the system! I really will try getting back into lookbook/new purchases, might rope the boyfriend in to help me out to make it more frequent too. For now i'm nursing this babe on my arm.. drunken injury which is so painful, can't complain though.

ps. diet starts tomorrow.. obviously.

I've had such a lovely week/weekend. I love christmas so much and this years been just as great as usual! Even if i feel like the start of tonsillitis coming on and going out a few too many times this week, it's definitely been worth it and i've been spoilt rotten too!

I haven't written about Glossy Box/Boudoir for a while as so many people do on blogs i thought me writing about it won't make any difference. But I just got my December Glossy Box through the door and I am so made up with it! I'll only write a quick 'review' and i'm too lazy to take photos of everything (i could never call myself a real blogger).

1. Nouveau Lashes Mascara. I hadn't put my make up on yet so when I saw this i thought it was the perfect chance to try it out. It's a really lovely mascara, a little sticky when applying but separated my lashes and extended them so quickly and easily without clumping. made up!

1. Deborag Lippmann Nail Varnish. I squeeled when i saw this, i've just started getting into glitter nail polishes so i was stoked to see this. I put it on straight away and it's perfect! Definitely living in this over christmas, for it's price I expect it to last too!

3. Cargo Cosmetics Lip Gloss. I gave this a quick go, it says it's not sticky however it's a lipgloss so i think it's impossible to not have a sticky one. it didn't last on very long, and I never really wear lipgloss but i guess its good to keep in a handbag just in case.

4. T'ai Chi Shower gel. Yet to try this but it smells absolutely lovely!
5. Face Cleanser yet to try this too but excited too as it looks awesome!

Overall I'm stoked with everything, i was starting to doubt Glossybox but I might give it another chance!

I went into town with an old friend today to do a bit of shopping, i have now realised online shopping is definitely for me from now on! Although I did pick up some new nail varnishes (posts to follow) and some new shoes, I've been after a pair of going out shoes which aren't too high but still look dressy too as some nights i just can't deal with the high heels and I found these in River Island, i love them!

The rubber sole around the bottom is a bit weird but it's barely noticeable so i'm not too bothered!

Just bought these off Ebay, I stretched my ears to 22mm when i was about 15 and kept them for a good 3 years and now thy won't shrink any further to 8/10mm. So I may aswell have something girly for them, I hope these actually look good!

Also, after ASOS messed up an order on a dress going back a few weeks, where I ordered a 10, was too big so exchanged for an 8 but was sent an 18 instead (makes sense) and when i went to exchange again the 8 was sold out, they gave me a 10% off code, better than nothing! so treated myself to a gorgeous blouse which i'd never buy for the hell of it and i love it!

I saw this in a magazine last week and thought it was awesome, i've been lacking in new nail polishes for a while after owning pretty much every Barry M colour there is. So when I saw this i was excited to try it out! Luckily my awesome best friend picked the No. 17 one up for me in Lilac and finally got to try it today. Even though I don't usually go for metallic colours, sticking to my matte Barry M's i really like the way this came out. Its taking some getting used to having a different style of nail polish on my hands but it was really fun to put on. Definitely recommend it for something slightly different without being too over the top!

Will have to try dress on with heels and do my hair and see how I feel...

So i've just come home from seeing my bestfriend at uni in Falmouth. I drove down monday and got back today had such an amazing week, so nice to see Sian and her friends there are absolute babes! I spent some of the time on Photoshop while Sian was at Uni and made some posters like the one I posted before, considering making prints and selling them but i haven't got that far yet! But apart from that we had a girlie evening and watched Bridesmaids and ate a lot of Chinese, wandered round Falmouth town and went out last night. Most interesting night ever.. ended up having rum shots , for someone who swears to drinking beers. full stop. rum shots didnt go down too well and ended up throwing up in the toilets... lush. something i never ever do, if im on a night out i want to be dancing and having fun not having my head stuck down a toilet all night like some girls! ended up getting up at 8am this morning, fully clothed from the night before. so classy!

Everyone has products they swear by and I have a few of my own, as well as finding cheaper options as i'm currently trying to save save save!

My number has to be Label M Protein Spray.

Its not the cheapest of products but i'd pay the price just for the smell alone, i can't get enough of its fresh, unsickly scent. As well as protecting my hair from damage etc. i love it as it doesn't make it sticky or heavy or leave any signs of product! perfect!

I used to swear my L'oreal Telescopic mascara, and then tried L'oreal's Architect 4D, which is still probably my favourite mascara. However like i mentioned, as i'm on a mission to save money, last week I searched Boots high and low to try and find a mascara similar but at a cheaper price (can't afford £10.99 every other month for a mascara anymore)

In the end I went for Maybelline's Cat Eye mascara. I don't like a thick brush, as the L'oreal mascara brushes are very fine and coat every eye lash, and I found this one was most similar at £7.99. It's also slightly curved which I really like!

I've struggled for as long as i remember to find a liquid eyeliner I could swear by, I've always worn it but never stuck to the same brand. I tried L'oreal's liquid eyeliner for a while but found the brush was too long and thin, I then tried Rimmel's eyeliner but I found the tip sometimes got too full of liquid and was a bit thick. After hearing about the Maybelline gel eyeliner I tried that, however as my followers will know it didn't seem to dry properly and ended up giving my black lines above my eye sockets (not the best look!) So gave up on that one too. Til i decided to try a felt tip liner. I instantly fell in love with Collection 2000 24 Hour Extreme Felt Tip Eyeliner, and at £2.99 you can't go wrong.

It dries instantly and doesn't give me the 'cat eye' look. It lasts on nights out, and even the times where i've sickenly slept in my make up i've woken up and it's not budged at all. I was interested to compare it to the Studio Make Up Line Style Pen I received in my last Boudoir Prive box, (eyeliner worth £12) however I found the nib to be too thin where I had to go over it a few times, and in the end have always gone back to my Collection 2000 liner. Bargain product!

Also been after this dress for so long, I tried it on back in 2009 for a christmas party but it was £45 (from Topshop) and i was pretty broke so settled on another dress similar but nowhere as nice from New Look for a quarter of the price but I still never got over the fact I let the Topshop dress go. Til i won it on ebay for £1.70...! It's a slightly weird fit as the sleeves are quite long and roomy and the actual dress is pretty tight and rides up slightly, but with a pair of leggings it will be fine, plus at 1.70 who can complain?? Crappy picture to follow.

Today i'm tidying the rest of my room up and getting rid of the 4 bin bags i've had sat in here for weeks and giving it a well needed hoover. Then i'm off to town to get my fringe trimmed and getting it a bit heavier. And then hopefully after that i'm seeing my best friend who's come back from uni and a night out should be in the cards!

So today I went with my boyfriend and his brother and sister and their cousins to have some photos done of us for their Nan. It was so lovely to be involved! I had a mare choosing something to wear, I was told I couldnt wear pale colours, spots, stripes or checks (even though that rule seemed pretty relaxed by the time we got there... bit annoying!) so I chose this dress from Topshop

I really liked the colour, the simple design and the flare seemed it would be flattering, I tried it on and didn't feel like it was too great but as a panic buy i thought if i added a belt, a jacket and some jewellery it would be fine. I never really fell in love with it though as i found the top half of the design pretty unflattering. But as a last minute buy yesterday I found this dress in Dorothy Perkins:

It's not amazingly different but the sleeves and neck line are so much more flattering, and I even bought a size 8 which was still pretty roomy which won me over. Pretty sure it's now my new favourite dress! Am currently trying to find the photographers website and facebook so I know when the photos are available to put up! I wore the dress with a long necklace, black leggings and my cowboy boots as i didn't want to look too overdressed!

So yesterday me and my best friend took off on our day off and went to Alton Towers with £15 entry vouchers. It was a beautiful day, and there were absolutely no queues, it was amazing! we went on most things a good 2 or 3 times. Had the best time so going back with Mike next week!
Mike's been away for the last 3 weeks on tour and is coming round in about half an hour, i'm so excited! we're going to town then going to the cinema to see Crazy, Stupid, Love (wahhhh!) I'm so excited!

Flood Of Red have just released a new song, i love it already! I first heard them when I travelled up to Edinburgh to see The Elijah and absolutely fell in love with them, I should have given them a listen ages ago. Really enjoying this tune.

So now im sitting around trying to make time go quick while waiting for Mike to turn up!

So after reading about glossy box for a while I decided to give it a whirl! I'm so glad I did! This turned up this morning, it's lovely. Im sure you all know what's inside it by now! I used the hair treatment and my hair has felt lovely and soft all day! Such a big bottle of it too! I tried the brow colour too, I've never used a powder before but the colours are great so looking forward to practicing with it! So happy with everything, cant wait for next months now!

The weather is so cold right now, its mad! Been looking for new coats and jackets this winter, I love mine from last year from Topshop still but hasn't stopped me looking at new ones! I quite like the idea of a quilted jacket, i was never too sure at first but found a few coats from ASOS I may be treating myself to next month!

So a couple of years ago I bought the Topshop 'Amigo' boots. They were my absolute favourite, until i lost a stirrup and had to take them back. I kept meaning to buy a new pair off Ebay but never got round to it. And i regret it so much now. I found these shoes from Rocket Dog for £50 which i thought was pretty good, as I wanted a nice pair of boots. They're really comfy but I find the heel slightly too high for everyday wear. Such a shame. From now on i'm going to check ebay everyday for the Topshop boots in a size 6. I need them back in my life!

Hands Like Houses

The Elijah are currently on tour with Hopes Die Last (Italy) and Hands Like Houses (aus), I travelled down to London on Sunday to see them, through the most torrential rain I've ever witnessed, the motorway lanes were being cut off due to lakes in the middle of them, the roads were like rivers, I was getting splashed from puddles on the other side of the motorway, it was pretty terrifying. I made it alive in the end. So into this song right now.

So I decided to create a photo journal style blog. I'm still working on the layout etc. but I just uploaded all my photos from Europe onto there as a starter, my iphone photos will be next. Everywhere we went in Europe there was always a million H&M's, always at least 2 in each place. However in Frankfurt, the one H&M (out of about 5 on one street) we went in had a H&M home. I'd never heard of the home section before but couldn't believe the amazing designs and how cheap everything was. I wish I bought more while I was there but me and Mike went halves on this amazing cushion. The first item for our flat when we get round to getting one together!

I've been absent for a while due to being away on an amazing two week holiday with my wonderful boyfriend. We left for Ramsgate, Kent on August 6th and camped there for the night before getting up at 5.15am the next day to catch our ferry to Oostende, Belgium. We stayed one night in Belgium, then drove to Luxembourg.

Stayed in a beautiful little town away from the city called Larochette and camped for the night.

Next morning was my birthday, greeted by glorious rain on our 3 hour drive to Strasbourg, France. There, we stayed for 2 nights, the place was absolutely beautiful. One of my favourite places I've been.

After that we started our 6 hour drive to Turin, Italy. Which ended up taking 8 hours as we saw a beautiful crystal lake from the motorway in Switzerland, so I turned off the sat nav and used by amazing initiative to get us to the waters edge, which was no problem at all! After taking a few photos we headed off through amazing views of The Alps.

Finally hit Turin. The next day was Mikes birthday and we wandered around the city all day in the mad heat and had an amazing Italian meal for tea. However the day after that we were getting abit exhausted and fustrated with Turin as there wasn't as much to do there as we had hoped as we had given us 4 nights there.

We decided to cut a day short and head to Maur, Switzerland a day early. After an 8 hour drive back through The Alps which should have been 4 hours due to being stuck in a standstill traffic jam for a good 3 hours in 45 degree heat and no air con, we got to our campsite.

Spent 2 rainy days there. Visited Zurich but there wasn't a lot going on, then the heavens opened all day long, although Mike got to swim in the lake so all was good. then headed to Frankfurt, Germany. Our hostel ended up being on the red light district surrounded by prostitues, crack heads, people shooting heroin on every corner. But the next day we wandered past the streets and found the real Frankfurt where we had a lovely hot day wandering around.

2 nights later we headed to Brussels, Belgium as a stop over night and witnessed the storm which brough down Pukkelpop. It was so intense, we took shelter in the Basilisque church archways for a good hour. Next morning we drove to Bruges, Belgium. Which ended up being our favourite place. It was just gorgeous!

After 2 nights we packed up from the hostel and headed back to the ferry. The End.

The other week i bought a few things from ELF after hearing some good reviews and at their prices i couldn't resist. I haven't been overly amazed though to be honest. I bought this eye defining brush and the next day of using it the brush head came away from the handle, which is now pretty useless.

I also bought this lip brush, I've only used it once and it seems pretty decent but i'm still waiting for the tip to come away from the handle on this one too...

Lastly i bought the Matte finisher, I absolutely love it and love the matte effect, however i've noticed after a day or two of wear, the matte finish seems to have 'rubbed' away. If anyone knows how to stop this happening i'd love to know. Overall i haven't been too pleased with the products and can't see myself spending anymore money on their products.

On Saturday night it was one of my managers weddings and a few of us from work were invited along to the reception. I had the best night in a long time! Nothing better than working with your friends and having your friends as colleagues. We pretty much all went to school together so it's nice that we still see each other and can do stuff like this! Thought i'd post some pictures from it!

I've had a few people ask me recently why I'm not posting on Lookbook anymore. Basically i'm currently working full time hours at my job, 6am starts some days and 10pm finishes other days, so inbetween shifts the last thing on my mind is putting together outfits and trying to take decent pictures, i'm living in my slacks and hoodys at the moment, as well as trying to spend time with my boyfriend/have as many baths as possible to rest my back. So .. that's why!

just bought this off ebay for £17.50 (inc. p&p) rather than paying £26 on the website exl p&p, can't wait for it to come! Been after a nice loose jumper to wear rather than hoodys all the time!

Also picked up Collection 2000's 24 hour felt tip eyeliner. After the disaster i had with the Maybelline Gel eyeliner (which is sat nearly full on the desk unused, Ebay?) I picked up a No7 eyeliner with a £5 voucher, it's good but i find the tip quite long so struggle to get a good line, plus the liquid seems a bit watery so i have to go over it a few times. It doesn't budge though! But I saw this in Morrison's before for something like £2.99 and I just tried it and love it! It's so easy to use and has great definition, I definitely recommend it!

I've had a lovely day today. First I got offered a new job within my work which will help my back/give me good experience and not mean 35 hours sat on a till talking to people who aren't exactly all there. Had a 45 minute session in the gym to ease my back into it again as i haven't been properly for 4 weeks, hating the fact but trying to put my health first! Then found out my dads skin cancer has all gone! It's a good day!

I managed to pick up all three of the Benefit free make up with Glamour magazine as well! I love the posietint for my cheeks and used the benetint on my lips, it was a little dark but still subtle, yet to try the high beam!

Now I'm spending the evening relaxing after working 38 hours this week, and going to Mike's later. Lovely!

So i went to Iceland for an amazing week at the end of March. I was lucky enough to see all the sights, including The Blue Lagoon. (just tried uploading some of my photos but Bloggers not working properly for me) I brought home a small set of their Silica Mud mask and mineral intensive cream and i've only just got around to using it! It's left my skin feeling so soft and smooth. Just as well as it's definitely not cheap at all! I definitely recommend it to anybody who has troublesome skin as the mud mask is exfoliating and moisturing it's amazing!

Had a lovely day yesterday. went bowling with Mike Sian and Chris. I managed to score 13 points in my first game. Pretty sure that's a record? Managed 70 in the second game though so it wasn't too much of a waste of money! Then drove me and Sian to stock take, eating lollies, sunglasses on, windows down and Kesha blaring. Nothing better than making the most out of something which isn't exactly fun! Word of the night was definitely 'legit'. Got home and was knackered so went to sleepsies. Got a 2-10 shift today, money money! So many hours coming up. That's all really!

Not much has been going on recently as i spend my life working these days. But i bought an amazing new dress for Heathers wedding, I am literally in love with it!

i don't know what shoes to wear. Im trying so hard to resist buying the Next ones i fell in love with last month as they would be perrrrrfect but way too expensive, especially as I bought some Vans for Europe this month too. I have no money :(

I also got some new shampoo and conditioner, after one use my hair feels so much better! Love it! God bless Tk Maxx!

Weekend

Went out with Sian on Saturday night, it was really fun as usual including lots of predrinking and lots of dancing, lots of pizza and lots of mcdonalds!

We got in at 4.30am, and i had to be up for 9am to get ready to go to Reading for Mike to record with This Distance. I was so tired and kept waking up from 8. Very hungover drive but got there in one piece. With a craving for Spaghetti Bolognese, after a mission I got my bolognese thanks to Pizza Hut. Had an awesome day hanging out with This Distance, you should check them out!
Had an adventure getting home, after 20 minutes of driving Mike realised he'd left his phone so we had to go back, missed an exit and took a few wrong turns (even though we had a sat nav...) but having Busted and Lady Gaga blaring probably didn't help. Got in and fell straight to sleep. Now i'm up and working 1-5. Boom!

Me and my boyfriend watched the whole set of Lady Gaga at Madison Square Garden on tv. it was incredible! This video was played at the end with the credits and we literally sat in amazement at her voice. I love Lady Gaga, I think she's incredible. Had to share.

I can't seem to help myself right now! I went to Wrexham yesterday and picked up the bottom pink floral top as i'd had my eye on it for a while and it was the last tshirt in my size! I also got a mac for £12 down from £16.99 which is perfect for scrunching up and putting in the bottom of my bag for Europe. Rucksack is for Europe, got it off Ebay and it's perfect!
I made a good amount of money from ebay and ended up buying the denim shorts with some of it but I got the boyfriend approval and they're perfect so it's ok!
I got the denim jacket last week as a going out jacket, I don't really have anything too warm to wear on nights out, i have a denim jacket from Topshop but it's the one with jersey sleeves so dresses outfits down too much, but this one is from New Look and is cropped so it's perfect, at £13 (with 20% off voucher) I'd be stupid not to!
And lastly i ended up in Telford today rather than going swimming, and bought the top floral top from Zara, no guilt as it ws £4.99.. absolute bargain! I couldn't choose between that print and a navy and yellow one, i went for this one as it's more versatile but will probably go back for the other one!

I can't help myself! Had a busy day, Mike came back from tour last night so it was lovely to spend the day with him! We had a wander round town, spent about an hour in Barclays as they were complete idiots today, such a pain. Had a cheeseburger to make up for it. I also popped to Superdrugs over Boots as it seemed a bit cheaper, i was so right. I bought some Johnson's facewash which was 3.99 but for free i got a Johsnon's night face cream as it was two for £3.99, even though the cream was over £4, i couldn't believe it! I also got two new Barry M nail varnishes as it was 2 for £5, they don't have as much choice in Boots either. So I'm very happy with my bargains!
These are the two nail varnishes, the left is like an Ice blue, i may have made that name up haha. But it's a lovely light blue, I nearly bought the Revlon one in this colour but glad I waited! The right is 'Mushroom' i don't usually buy darker colours but i'm not really allowed nail varnish at work as all mine are so bright, this is a lot more subtle so Ill try get away with this one!

I forgot to post what I bought from the Body Shop the other week! I got this Vitamin C moisturiser, I've only used it a couple of times as i'm still using up the last of my current moisturiser but it seems great, only downside is it smells of oranges and i hate oranges haha. I also got Alove Vera calming toner which I've found really good too!

So since nearly every piece of clothing i've bought from there has ripped or fallen apart i've been reluctant to look on the website at their clothes. I just went on to see what their is and i was pleasantly suprised by the shoes mainly! These are some of my favourites:

i love this skirt, it's not too 'flippy' like the topshop ones are and looks really comfortable, plus i love the colour.

i'm looking for a comfy pair of shoes for europe, i have my Sperry's but they're not very summery so i've been looking at Vans. I bought some Vans boat style shoes last week but when they arrived they didn't have a proper inner sole, it was just like a piece of polystyrene which you could take out and for £30 i thought it was ridiculous! They weren't even very comfortable either. but i love the colour of these and they look comfy but not too sporty. So i've either going to go for these or these Vans:

in either this colour, red or navy i'm not sure yet!

i love these too but could never pay near enough £50 for a pair of sandals!

The seasalt spray is amazing! Stacy used to use it on my hair to make it more managable when practicing her hair ups but i always struggle to get texture and volume as most products weigh my hair down and make it greasy, but i've just tried this and it's amazing, couple of sprays on my dry hair and it was exactly how i've always wanted it! So happy!
I always have the hair growth treatment by the shower too, i use a combination of that every day and sea kelp tablets to try and get my hair to grow, i'm still not convinced the Lee Stafford stuff has done anything but since taking the tablets too i've noticed my roots have shot down, and it hasn't even been a month since Stacy dyed it! So one of both are working!

While in town i tried a couple of skirts on in Topshop as well as hundreds of other clothes in H&M. I loved these online so thought i'd try them even though they were a little expensive and I'm glad i did try them as i found this skater/flippy skirt style is so unflattering on me!

such a shame as they're both so pretty!

So i've had an interesting day! Started at 6am to go to work for a 2 hour shift (dont even get me started... ) Came back and went for a good session at the gym, i used to spend an hour on the cross trainer but now my backs better i spend a good half hour/fourty minutes jogging on the treadmill and i love it, i've always loved running! I used to be an amazing sprinter in school , i did 100m in 11 seconds which is literally amazing but then i started to fall apart. So it's such a good feeling to be running and be able to do long distance. Anyway! I got home and my credit card arrived... holding back buying a lot of things!! Then i moped around feeling sorry for myself as the boyfriends on tour, friends are all at uni, but i managed to persuade my brother and his best friend to come to telford with me, it was really nice to get out and have some different company and i actually bought myself some things i hadn't planned on buying. (im so bad at spending money, i panic and never buy anything for myself unless i really need it!) I ended up buying myself some amazing heels, some socks, a dress and a ring!

im still so in love with this dress, it's just a tiny bit small for me but i need to start wearing it out more anyway!
I was starving when i got in, and usually when mike's away i literally live in soup and cheese on toast, i bought a tomato and basil soup from the coop but opened it and it looked like shit so went out and bought some multicoloured pasta and pesto and made a spinach and pesto pasta thing it was literally heaven, so good to have something different!

Also in telford, i found these amazing shoes from Next, they're so comfy and so so cheap for what they are, im very tempted to get them, opinions? Im just worried i won't wear them much but they're so beautiful it was love at first sight! they're only £46 too which is a bargain!

I've gone on enough now i think! :)

All the moneys going towards two holidays I have planned, first is a 2 week road trip across Europe with my boyfriend, stopping at Oostende, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, Turin, Zurich, Frankfurt, Brussels, Bruge and back to Oostende so obviously I need every penny I can get! Any left over money is going towards Florida in January with my boyfriend, best friend and her boyfriend! Mainly going towards spending money so obviously it all helps! Thank you :)
